The D-700A/HS Hand Hydraulic Riveter, utilizing FSI's Newest D-700A configuration with Vari-Max™, provides the user a compact and light weight means of installing Hi Shear®  Blind Bolts and Blind Nuts thru the popular 10-32 UNF thread size.  The tool is easily adjustable for fastener sleeve length and material thickness.  The D-700A/HS has built-in-pressure control valve to regulate the pull force to insure proper installation without damaging threads.  Accepting the standard Hi Shear®  Blind Bolt Anvils, Chucks and Mandrels (pull-up studs), the D-700A/HS provides at least 4,800 lbs pull force over .800" stroke.  Each riveter comes with an adjustable pressure setting screw covering 400 to 4,800 lbs pull force.  The D-700A/HS weighs less than 3.0 lbs (excluding Hi Shear®  Nose Assembly), and is no larger than most compact, pistol grip style drill motors.  Field serviceable, coupled with rugged cast aluminum construction and true versatility the D-700A/HS offers the sheet metal technician the latest in blind fastener installation capability.  The D-700A/HS can also easily be adapted to install a wide variety of aerospace and industrial blind rivets.
