Reacting to the need for a versatile tool kit for aerospace and military aircraft maintenance and repair applications involving both wire draw style NAS1400A (Olympic-lok® and Cherrylock® "A") and bulbed, compressed column style M7885/NAS9300 (CherryMax®, HuckMax®, Allmax®) blind rivets, FSI is pleased to offer the PT-100-WR/T Blind Rivet Tool Kit.

Utilizing FSI's popular 4,000 lb pull force PT-100 air hydraulic riveter, the kit contains nosepieces and pulling heads to enable installation of all M7885 style rivets thru 1/4" diameter and all NAS1400A style rivets thru 3/16" diameter.  In addition, the kit includes the adapter and the NAS1400A code blind rivet side ejection nose assemblies to enable access into restricted space areas while also affording the technician the ability to re-grip the rivets which may have longer stroke installation requirements.  In addition to the two (2) piece jaw set furnished with the riveter there is also a three (3) piece jaw set included in the spare parts canister.  The three piece jaw set is normally used on all aluminum, serrated stemmed rivets for sizes 1/8" thru 3/16" diameter, however; they may be used on most all single action rivet types thru 3/16" diameter.
